2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

3. Account Registration & Security

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ok37 account login credentials, including your username and password. ok37 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs on your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified ok37 of unauthorised access in a timely manner.
3.4 Notification of Breach. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ok37 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. ok37 will investigate the report and may temporarily suspend the account during the investigation to prevent further unauthorised activity.
3.5 KYC Verification. ok37 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or in response to a suspicious activity flag. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on ok37 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ok37 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard issued by Bangladeshi banks.
4.1 Deposits. The minimum deposit on ok37 is ৳500. Deposits via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your ok37 account within 30 seconds to 2 minutes of successful transaction confirmation. ok37 does not charge a deposit fee; however, standard transaction fees applied by your mobile banking provider may apply per their own terms.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 10 to 30 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to Rocket and Upay typically complete within 15 to 60 minutes. 4.3 Matched Payment Method Policy. For anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance purposes, ok37 requires that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the Player's deposit. 4.4 Pending Bonus Wagering. Withdrawals requested while a bonus wagering requirement is outstanding will not be processed until the wagering requirement has been fulfilled, unless the Player opts to forfeit the bonus balance. Forfeiting a bonus forfeits any winnings derived solely from that bonus that have not yet met the wagering requirement.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use
ok37 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following rules govern gameplay across all product categories on the platform — casino games, live dealer games, crash games, and sports betting.
6.1 Game Outcomes. All casino and crash game outcomes on ok37 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical card deals and wheel spins conducted in regulated live studio environments. ok37 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages and house edge figures for each game. 6.4 Manifest Errors. ok37 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that was conducted under a manifest error — including incorrect odds, game malfunctions displaying incorrect RTP, or system errors that created an artificial advantage for any player. Where a manifest error is confirmed, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. ok37 will not honour winnings arising from manifest errors.
6.5 Personal Use Only. ok37 accounts are for personal entertainment use only. Players may not use the platform for any commercial purpose, including acting as an agent for a third party, accepting wagers on behalf of others, or operating any form of betting syndicate through an ok37 account.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ok37. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may be referred to the relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected:
- Fraud and identity misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, registering under another person's name, or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location.
- Money laundering: Using ok37 to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. ok37 actively monitors for money laundering indicators and cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile banking provider after funds have been credited to your ok37 account. Chargeback fraud results in immediate permanent account closure and legal recovery action.
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, or any non-human interaction mechanism to play games or place bets on ok37.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hands in live card games, or exploit sportsbook markets through coordinated betting.
- Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through multi-accounting, structured betting, or any strategy that extracts expected value from bonus terms without genuine gameplay risk.
- Hacking or interference: Attempting to access ok37's back-end systems, exploit software vulnerabilities, intercept communications, or interfere with the platform's normal operation in any way.
- Offensive conduct: Using abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language toward ok37 staff or other players in any communication channel provided by ok37.
ok37 reserves the right to suspend any account at any time without notice if there is reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct, pending investigation. The decision to permanently close an account following a confirmed breach is final and not subject to appeal.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by the Player. You may request closure of your ok37 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before processing an account closure request, ok37 will confirm your identity and check for any outstanding wagering requirements, pending withdrawals, or open bets. Outstanding balances after the deduction of any forfeited bonus funds will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.
8.2 Closure by ok37. ok37 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; suspicious account activity indicating fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse; a Player's voluntary self-exclusion request; or where ok37 determines that continuing to provide services to a particular Player would be contrary to responsible gaming principles.
8.3 Effect of Closure. Upon permanent account closure — whether initiated by the Player or by ok37 — all bonus balances are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, net of any processing fees where applicable. Closed accounts may not be reopened; Players who wish to return to ok37 after a voluntary closure (other than a self-exclusion) must contact support to discuss reinstatement eligibility.
8.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who feel that gambling is causing harm to their finances, mental health, or personal relationships are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool available in every ok37 account dashboard. Self-exclusion periods range from 1 month to 5 years. During the self-exclusion period, ok37 will not permit the Player to log in, deposit, or wager. 8.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. ok37 may apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts with a remaining real-money balance, once the account has been inactive for 12 months. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after 24 months of inactivity.
